THE EXPERTS

ANDREW BUXTON - Founder, bemo is both an internationally experienced retail and digital leader and a serial entrepreneur. Andrew had C-suite roles in retail including CEO Multichannel and Torpedo 7 at The Warehouse Group, as well as previously leading IT, supply chain, sourcing and strategy. The last few years were spent as CEO of eStar, doubling the size of the business, and providing eCommerce and fulfilment solutions to many of the region’s leading retailers. He’s also been lucky enough to start, grow and exit multiple businesses as an entrepreneur including a business that was the first digital fulfilment solution for TWG, and another that was a pioneer in fulfilment from China sold to K&N. He is now enjoying building a new online vitamins and supplements business (bemo), whilst consulting to retailers and others with a passion for digital, retail and fulfilment.


MARC BLACKBURN - National Logistics Manager, Goodman Fielder is an accomplished senior manager with many years of leadership experience within Supply Chain and Retail Operations, including at The Warehouse Group as Business Transformation Lead; Operations Development Manager for Argos, and General Manager and store roles at Staples, Office World and ASDA. Marc's focus is on transforming multi-site operations across Supply Chain for large scale Retail Operations, driving improvement through People, Process & Systems



JEFF VOLLEBREGT - CEO, Parcelport is a results-focused and energetic commercial business leader with a background in International Business Development with leading multi-nationals and brands. Jeff has lived and worked in the US, Asia, Europe and New Zealand, and has successfully led global, regional and national teams in a wide range of industries including Logistics & Supply Chain (Parcelport, Kuehne & Nagel, DHL), Apparel & Textiles (Designer Textiles International; TAL Apparel Hong Kong), Oil & Gas (BP), Packaging (3M) and Horticulture & Hydroponics (Bluelab).
