Bex is our pocket rocket with a deep passion in empowering emerging consumer-goods businesses to thrive, both domestically and beyond. With 20+ years’ experience in launching and growing FMCG and CPG brands in NZ and around the world, she now shares her experiences, knowledge and skills with RX clients to supercharge their growth trajectory.
She has led the strategy, innovation, and market launches for household names like Fonterra, Premier Foods, and Nestle, and more recently have worked with emerging consumer-goods businesses to take their business to the next level. Her advisory and strategic understanding of what it takes to make it is next level.
In her spare time, Bex is a startup mentor at The Ministry of Awesome and outside of work she enjoys getting out and about with her family with two young boys exploring the local beach and parks.
We've asked her a few questions to get to know her better.
Favourite store/customer experience?
I recently stayed at the Naumi Studio hotel in Wellington and the customer experience there for checking in and out was incredible with their self-serve kiosks and the ability to choose your room (the full size chocolate fish on offer next to the kiosks also helped😉 and their friendly staff!)
What does a typical day at RX look like for you?
It usually starts with coffee and a catch up with the RX team and then meetings with our wonderful clients. I always enjoy the chats we have as a team sharing shopping, eating and travel tips! I always leave the RX office with a list a mile of long of where to go or what to do.
What inspires you?
The amazing, ambitious and driven clients I get to work with.
Best book or movie?
Hmm I recently finished the Seven Sisters series which I absolutely loved. I loved being about to travel around the world through that series.

Bex is an incredibly talented team member, always goes above and beyond and is a valued contributor to our clients. She works closely with our FMCG, retail and brand clients and teams.
