Instacart sees smart carts as key growth driver
Instacart, the leading grocery technology company in North America, works with grocers and retailers to transform how people shop. They currently partner with more than 1,200 national, regional, and local retail banners to facilitate online shopping, delivery and pickup services from more than 80,000 stores across North America on the Instacart Marketplace.
The company expects to deploy thousands of its screen-equipped carts in grocery stores by the end of 2024, CEO Fidji Simo said.

Rodd & Gunn to open flagship in Manhattan
Menswear label Rodd & Gunn will open its flagship store in Manhattan at the end of this month following a decade-long search for the right location. They have signed a lease agreement for a 4056 sqft space at 125 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District.
